HOTELPark Hotel Villa Grazioli is a Relays & Chateaux **** hotel located at Grottaferrata (RM) in a private garden-park, apx. 1 mile from the town of Frascati. Villa Grazioli is a wonderful 16th century palace, which is located on the boundary of the suburban southern park of Rome, in the Roman Castles, and had the honor to guest popes. It was recently adapted to hotel and fully restored under the control of "Soprintendenza delle Belle Arti". Guests can commute with the center of the town of Frascati by apx. 15 minutes hill-road walk or apx. 3 minutes cab trip. A Hotel courtesy-van drops and picks-up arriving/departing customers at the Frascati railway station or Roma-Anagnina subway station (line A) on call to, or direct request at, the Hotel Desk.VENUE FROM ROME FCO INTL. AIRPORTRESERVATIONA limited number of rooms were placed under option for ESERNET SWS participants at Park Hotel Villa Grazioli. See Hotel Villa Grazioli Reservation Form for further details.
Roman Castles are a highly demanded area for conferences, ceremonies, and other kinds of meetings. You are kindly advised to place your reservation as soon as possible and no later than 15.01.2003.
Do not relay on a last minute reservation: the risk for you is to switch daily from some other hotel to the meeting site. A limited number of rooms were placed under option, which are located inside the noble central building: do not miss the opportunity of having one of those rooms assigned to you.TAXI.Preferably group and use a taxi to reach ESERNET SWS-1 hotel. The taxi fare is around Euro 65.00 and the trip lasts around half of a hour (rush hours excluded!). Be sure to use a true taxi (usually white car, with "taxi" lamp and signs, and taximeter). Give the driver instruction to reach Villa Grazioli Park Hotel at Roman Castles (Frascati, Grottaferrata). Note, please, that another hotel, which also names Hotel Villa Grazioli, is located elsewhere than Grottaferrata.
New (2002-12-16). A Roman Castles' taxi organization offered an affordable quality taxi-service, both for individual trips and groups. See the attached Taxi Reservation Form for further explanation. Placing, changing, and annulling taxi reservations are easy free-of-charge operations: e-mail or fax your request directly to the taxi organization. We kindly hope you would annul your taxi reservation as soon as you might change your mind, 24 hours in advance at least, please, by faxing, e-mailing or calling directly the taxi-organization. The taxi organization agreed to acknowledge all taxi reservations, changes, and cancellations. Possibly, place your preferred taxi-reservation by September 15, 2003, please.PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.The trip may last up to 3 hours. Enact following three steps; chose the preferred alternative (A), if any.
